First time customer and I gotta say… what a wonderful nail salon! Angela did my nails today and I am so impressed. This lady knows what she’s doing! Very attentive to detail and my nails turned out just like my reference photo. I got Gel X for the first time and I LOVE how they turned out. Angela kept me updated the entire time with what she was doing and why, which was great. Due to the holidays they were super busy but they got everyone through with minimum wait times. Very efficient! I was also impressed by how friendly everyone was. They obviously had a lot of regulars and each one was greeted by name and with a smile. I made my appointment through their website ahead of time and it was super easy. I thought that was a really nice feature of the salon. It was also very affordable. The prices were fair and I left feeling like the investment was worth it! If you’re looking for a great place to get your nails done (especially if you’re picky like I am) this is the salon for you! I will definitely be back :) UPDATE: My first set lasted around 3 weeks! Love this new set too!! I got them a lot longer and a different shape. They feel sturdy but not heavy. I saw Angela again and was still super impressed with her skill and attention to detail. She HAND PAINTED the ombré effect and did a fabulous job. Love this spooky set!!

I have been going to Angela for over a year! She is by far the best nail tech I have EVER been to. She is incredible. Angela is consistent, talented, receptive, patient (as I change my color choice a million times in a visit haha), and her attention to detail is incredible. She took into consideration that I work blue collar so she adjusted thickness, and I have only broken 3 nails over the past year (extremely impressive for what I put them through). I have NEVER had a single bad experience at Nails Makeover. I highly, highly recommend Angela, and the rest of the Nails Makeover team. *i have attached all the nail pictures I could find over the past year*

Update: went back tonight for an appointment with Angela. I can see why people like it here. My nails look amazing and I am thrilled with my service. Got exactly what I wanted and it came out better than I had hoped! Original review: I requested extensions and color. When the tech started I restated that I wanted extensions. She said “yeah” and just kept plowing on with gel. To make matters worse, the polish was rushed and came out uneven and lumpy. I’d had a long stressful day I couldn’t insist any more than that after being completely disregarded without breaking down. I’ve always heard excellent things so I am really surprised by this encounter. I was with others who had great experiences and outcomes with other techs. Going to give it another shot this evening. Hopefully last week was just an anomaly. Either way gotta get this gel off that has been peeling for 5 days!
